United Nations Global Compact

By joining the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to the UN's Ten Universal Principles on Human Rights, Labor, Environment and Anti-Corruption, reinforcing our dedication to global development goals and corporate leadership. ISO 9001

We are the first company in the Foreign Trade sector to achieve ISO 9001 certification across its entire operation.

ISO 9001 is an international standard that establishes requirements for effective quality management systems. It is recognized as a standard of global excellence and designed to support and ensure better Corporate Governance and help reduce environmental and social impacts, in addition to attesting to the company's credibility and transparency.

ISO 37001

Opening up new horizons and consolidating our commitment to excellence in Corporate Governance, we achieved ISO 37001 certification by QMS.

ISO 37001 is an international standard that attests to the effectiveness of our Anti-Bribery Management System, demonstrating that we act with integrity in all our activities. This certification addresses policies, processes and practices that aim to prevent and combat any form of bribery, promoting transparency, responsibility and trust in all our operations.

Socio-environmental Initiatives

We support initiatives related to education, sports, social assistance, human rights and those that support people at risk and vulnerable in society. Among the projects we promote is the Pact Against Hunger, a non-partisan and multi-sectoral movement that brought people together for a common purpose: to eradicate hunger and reduce food waste in Brazil.

SerSustainable Program

We collectively and constantly implement innovative initiatives to preserve our planet. To this end, we developed the SerSustainable Program to create and encourage exemplary practices to face environmental and social challenges.

Among the actions, selective waste collection in all office facilities stands out, as well as the substitution of disposables with durable bottles and cups, thus reducing plastic waste. In addition to collecting selectively, we also dispose selectively. Waste is weighed and audited daily to accurately map the environmental impact.

Additionally, our office is located in the São Luiz condominium, certified with the LEED GOLD (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) seal, awarded to sustainable buildings.

Sustainability

Collectively and continuously, we implement initiatives to promote sustainable business practices to address environmental challenges and promote sustainable growth. As part of these efforts, we have established a Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) target to reduce 50% of current CO2 emissions by December of 2030.

The target considers the difference between our emissions when importing through the "Order" or "Account and Order" modalities compared to imports made directly by the customer. To achieve the target, we monitor and quantify greenhouse gas emissions monthly, implementing action plans to reduce them and, if necessary, offset them through practical initiatives such as purchasing carbon credits or planting trees. We invite you to read our GHG Emissions Report here. Building a greener future for future generations together.

GPTW

We prioritize the personal and professional development of the people who made us a reference: our employees. We believe that by investing in individual growth, we positively impact society. Through training programs, mentoring and a collaborative work environment, we seek not only to ensure the well-being of our employees, but also to encourage participation in social initiatives. We demonstrate our concern for people not just as part of the company, but as agents of change who can contribute to significant social impacts.

Sertrading Para Elas (Sertrading For Women)

More than just promoting successful careers, we want to develop and empower people. With our culture of growth and recognition of talent, we developed the initiative to accelerate women's careers: Sertrading Para Elas.

The program recognizes and encourages the development of high-performance employees with outstanding results. In total, 20 women from different areas are mentored in partnership with the Todas Group to improve the 16 most important skills in leaders in the national and international markets.

Importadores da Alegria (Importers of Happiness)

This voluntary group of employees, created in 2019, aims to deliver happiness and solidarity to those in need through social actions. This is yet another initiative that positively impacts needy communities and promotes a more inclusive and just society.

Tracking of suppliers and business partners

We value ethical relationships with partners, in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, which defines requirements such as respect for human rights, compliance with laws and contracts, combating corruption, transparency, workplace safety and environmental compliance. To ensure compliance, areas including Legal, Compliance, Tax, Logistics and Quality work on contracts, supplier assessments, tax analysis, audits and visits. These measures reinforce our commitment to integrity, sustainability and good business relationships.

Supporting Families

Projeto Arrastão (Arrastão Project)

Since 2015, with the “Corrida pela Cidadania” [Run for Civic Responsibility], we have actively contributed to Projeto Arrastão, a non-profit organization focused on supporting families living in poverty in the region of Campo Limpo and M'Boi Mirim, on the outskirts of São Paulo.

Supporting Schools

Projeto Parceiros da Educação (Education Partners Project)

Since 2004, we have acted as “Education Partners" of a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest aimed at promoting private partnerships and supporting the government for public policies that promote quality education in the country.
